I Killed the Author: First Mythical NPC

Quill, a humble NPC, finds himself in an unexpected predicament. Once a mere side character destined to fade after a mortal injury by the story's hero, a desperate act changes his fate. By seizing the hero's necklace just before death, Quill gains self-awareness and the ability to communicate with the reader. This newfound consciousness, however, provokes the wrath of the original author. A colossal pen descends, threatening to annihilate Quill. With assistance from the "Big Boss" system, Quill defeats the pen, inadvertently breaking the barrier between worlds and causing the author's demise. Now, Quill has inherited the author's role. Bound by the system to complete the narrative or face his own erasure, Quill invites readers to co-create the story from within.
