Fifteen years ago, the world discovered magic and mythical beings from other dimensions. Seven nations formed pacts with these creatures, gaining their loyalty. On their fourteenth birthday, individuals are chosen by mythical beings and receive a stigma, marking them as summoners. To train them and their bodyguards, known as magical swordsmen, special schools were established. Now, fifteen years after the advent of magic, Kazuki Hayashizaki is unexpectedly chosen as a summoner, receiving his stigma. This is remarkable as males, possessing less mana than females, are rarely selected. As the first male summoner, Kazuki faces intense scrutiny. His sister, a magical swordsman, opposes his enrollment in summoner school due to the animosity between summoners and swordsmen, who often view each other as inferior. She is prepared to take extreme measures to prevent him from attending. Despite this, Kazuki is resolute in his determination to succeed at summoner school.
