In the magical realm of Aeltia, Viktor, an undead necromancer with seven centuries of experience, finds himself in an unusual predicament. He has acquired an internet connection to modern Earth and a captured divine essence, essentially a god's backup. Viktor's grand scheme is to rebrand Aeltia as a virtual reality game, employing Earth gamers as divine avatars while he engages in forum trolling. His challenges are numerous: hiding among corpses, managing a persistent divine essence urging godhood, and struggling with outdated HTML knowledge. However, with a secretive paladin ally and his own extensive magical expertise, Viktor aims to transform both worlds. His ambition is not to become a god himself, but to create one, provided his web design skills don't lead to ruin. This slow-paced fiction features gods and nerds.
