My Alter Ego’s Path to Greatness

In an era of chaos, the continent faces despair as an Immortal King emerges, while a Light Knight defies divine will. These unfolding events, however, are orchestrated by the protagonist, whose alter egos are sent to this other world. He unintentionally becomes both the villain and the hero, embodying multiple roles within a single person. The world operates on a system where individuals gain unique skills and are transported to another realm, where they earn Karma based on their impact and role in world changes. Accumulating one million Karma allows for a return to Earth, while Karma can also be used for power-ups. System perks include upgrading skills and stats, gaining abilities through repetition, and age stoppage. Failure to earn enough Karma within twenty years results in the loss of all buffs and a forced, permanent aging. The time difference between Earth and the other world is ten to one. The protagonist, a twenty-year-old shut-in, utilizes his unique "avatar" skill to create copies of himself. To survive the summoning, he tricks the system, sending an avatar to the other world while appearing to have returned to Earth, thus gaining immense Karma and the ability to travel between worlds. He remains safe by operating through his avatars, none of whom are in immediate danger unless instantly defeated. The story focuses on the protagonist's exploration and world-building through these distinct avatars, each embodying a facet of his personality, who become powerful figures like the Demon King, Vampire, Hero, and more.
