My Bottle Cosmos

In "My Bottle Cosmos" by 300-Pound Smile, psychiatrist Li Qing encounters a patient who claims to be the "Creator God." The patient details his time-traveling adventures, describing how he created a microcosm within the room and initiated devastating floods to wipe out its inhabitants, all while facing his own impending death. Tragically, Li Qing soon learns of the patient's demise, only to confirm the astonishing truth of his claims. Now, Li Qing is tasked with managing the patient's possessions, which includes the responsibility of extinguishing the civilization contained within the ward. Failure to do so could lead to this world's destructive potential threatening all of humanity on Earth. He must guide this emergent civilization, assigning roles such as nerve cells for navigation and muscle cells for external control, observing their evolution from single-celled organisms to a fish kingdom within the confines of the ward.
