Pet Simulator

In Summer Harp's novel "Pet Simulator," Wang Ye finds himself in a world where summoning pet monsters is commonplace. He begins with a seemingly ordinary little green sparrow, with whom he forms a contract. However, Wang Ye possesses a unique talent: the Pet Simulator. This ability allows him to guide his pet through simulated lives, influencing its evolution. The pet will evolve towards an ultimate form determined by its master. Through these simulations, the sparrow experiences various events, from early struggles with flight and near-death falls to moments of contemplation inspired by other creatures. It can learn skills like Sky Dancing and develop personality traits such as Unstoppable Courage, even if the simulation ends tragically. Upon the simulation's conclusion, the pet retains either a mastered skill or a developed personality. After a sufficient number of simulations, the pet is capable of evolving into its master-assigned ultimate form. Wang Ye's chosen ultimate form for his sparrow is the divine beast Angewomon, a decision met with a confused glance from his pet.
