Pokémon: Master of the Rain Team

Umihara Reiji finds himself unexpectedly transported to the Pokémon world after a mysterious storm, waking stranded and alone on a deserted island with no starter Pokémon, Poké Balls, or supplies. Driven by the will to survive, his situation shifts upon encountering a struggling Poliwag. Reiji possesses a unique Proficiency System that quantifies his skills, including Pokémon moves, abilities, and his own survival and fishing expertise, making every gain tangible and crucial. His immediate goal is not to become a Champion, but simply to endure each day. This story, set in an anime-inspired Pokémon universe, features an adult protagonist who, as a knowledgeable fan of the anime, manga, and games, approaches the challenges with a rational, skeptical, and analytical mindset.
