RE: The Extra's Dominance

Cole's life felt mundane until, at sixteen, he discovered a passion for reading novels. This hobby provided an escape from his perceived emptiness, filling him with emotions and transporting him to different worlds. His enjoyment led him to become a novel author himself, finding satisfaction in the global readership and support for his work. However, after prolonged immersion in writing, the initial thrill waned. Continuing out of fear of boredom, Cole's routine was interrupted by an enigmatic email received while checking comments on his novel. The cryptic message spoke of his work being chosen and a wish being granted. Dismissing it as nonsensical, Cole was soon shocked to find himself in a different body and world – the world of his own novel. He awakens as Raven Obadiah, an insignificant extra with no defined role, neither protagonist, villain, nor major character. Despite not knowing Raven, Cole, now inhabiting this body, rejects the idea of a quiet, supporting existence. He has been granted a chance at a life he'd only dreamed of and decides to pursue excitement, doing as he pleases and refusing to be held back by anyone.
