A side couple consists of the "tsundere master" Tang Yu and the "black-bellied attack" Jells. This novel is a gay romance set in a world where females do not exist, focusing on cheesy, heartwarming relationships for both the main and side couples. The primitive setting includes gore from hunting and descriptions of violence, as males capable of pregnancy are highly valued and often targeted for kidnapping and assault.
