The Sect Leader System

The Sect Leader System is a litrpg kingdom builder set in a brutal, might-makes-right cultivation world. After a fatal encounter with Truck-kun, Benton, a kind grandfather, is transmigrated into the body of Chao Su. Granted advantages by a System, Benton's middle management skills seem perfect for leading a sect. However, his initial plan of having recruits fight for him fails. He must quickly adapt to cultivation world life as a beast tide approaches, rival sects threaten the power balance, and the demonic cultivators responsible for Chao Su's previous sect's destruction remain active. The protagonist does not cultivate but advances via System points. He leads with empathy, treating his disciples like grandchildren, differing from typical Xianxia protagonists. The story avoids sexual content and harems. It features occasional minor swearing and a predominantly light, humorous tone, though not a comedy. Side characters experience romance, but the MC, a sixty-year-old isekai'd protagonist, has no romantic interests and views his teenage disciples platonically. He progresses from weak to OP.
