TOXIC LOVE

Aaron, an eighteen-year-old black American with dreadlocks, recently relocated to the United States from Brazil with his parents. He carries a past filled with drug use, professional womanizing, and gangster activities from his youth. Despite his efforts to change and be a better person, his ingrained antisocial nature, trust issues, and high sex drive prove difficult to overcome. He is determined to pursue his childhood love, though this proves challenging. Becky actively tries to help him address his trust issues, raising the question of whether an "old dog" can truly learn new tricks. Aaron, who does not see himself as a hero like Barry Allen or Oliver Queen, is now facing his first day at Chicago College, a significant day for him. His past, deeply rooted, makes escaping it seemingly impossible.
