In a multiverse of seven dimensions, each operating under distinct universal laws and governed by a Universal Government, a critical imbalance has occurred. While each dimension typically harbors one strongest and one smartest individual, this fundamental structure is now threatened. Interdimensional travel is strictly forbidden by the Universal Government, as open gates between worlds risk the emergence of creatures from the interdimensional void.
