I Pretend to Be Good, You Pretend to Be Pure

During freshman year military training, two men become the center of attention. Ran Ningmu, the new school heartthrob with a dark charm, is admired by many older students. An Youxi, the former school heartthrob, possesses a clear and refreshing demeanor and is documenting the training events. Their initial attraction is mutual and immediate. After a rapid start to their relationship, misunderstandings arise. Ran Ningmu believes An Youxi prefers the "little milk dog" type and disguises his "big bad wolf" nature. Conversely, An Youxi thinks Ran Ningmu favors the "pure" type and conceals his own desires. In reality, Ran Ningmu exhibits rebellious traits, including drinking, fighting, dyed hair, tattoos, and underground racing. An Youxi, meanwhile, has an extensive collection of adult material and is a renowned flirtatious voice actor. Their charades unravel when Ran Ningmu interrupts An Youxi's live dubbing session, causing headphones to fall off and revealing An Youxi's unexpectedly seductive voice. This leads to a mutual realization of their true natures: Ran Ningmu as a "wolfdog" and An Youxi as a "seductive shou." Ran Ningmu regrets the time spent pretending, wishing he had known sooner An Youxi preferred the "wild type."
